Jiangsu Transportation Research Institute (JSTRI)

Established in 1978, and dedicated in the research and development, design, consultation and environmental evaluation of pavement engineering, bridge engineering, environmental engineering, highway utilities, communications and construction machinery. JSTRI is the only accredited research body approved by the Chinese government in Jiangsu Province. JSTRI has conducted many key research and development works within China, including the Superpave technology, and specialized in flexible pavement engineering and bridge engineering.

OBD Investment Consulting Co. Ltd. (ODB)

Established in 2005, is primarily engaged in the development of and investment in hotels, entertainment and tourism related services. The group showed its presence in the 2000 Sydney and 2004 Athens Olympic Games. OBD provides a variety of services in accommodation, catering, travel agency, automobile leasing and rental, convention, ticketing and advertisement, and has very good business relationships in different industries.
